'Memorial Flight'
'The Bronco Demo' Team' brought 'Poppies' from the 'Fields Of Flanders' to airshows all over Europe, spreading a 'Message Of Peace' 'Lest We Forget 1914 - 18'. The Bronco also carried packets of 'Poppy Seeds', each packet included the 'Flight Day' and the 'Name Of The Show', and the money went to 'Charity'.
'To commemorate 'The Great War' ' The OV - 10 Bronco is decorated with 'Poppy Livery' together with 'The Message Of Peace' which was specially designed to capture and reflect the light in a unique way.
On 17 March 2017 'The Bronco Team' and the CV - 10 Bronco GA - ONAA undertook a large tour of 'The WW1 Battlefields' around 'Ypres'. The haunting flight flew over 'Seventeen Memorials', which was documented in film and photography.
The cold, the dampness, and the endurance added to the emotional side of the journey, and this made you aware of the 'Soldiers Plight'...
'Volkstauertag'
'Volkstauertag' is Germany's ' National Day Of Morning', and is a 'Silent Day' (Siller Tag). To commemorate members of 'The Armed Forces' and 'Civilians' of all 'Nations' who have died in 'Armed Conflict'.
'Volkstauertag' takes place 'The Second Sunday' before 'Advent', each year.
'The Memorial Service' is led by the' President' and the 'Chancellor' and dignitary. During the service, one of the songs they play is called 'Ich hatt einen Kameraden'('Good Comrade') 'The Soldiers Song', and then they play 'The German National Anthem '.
'Volstauertag' takes place in major towns and cities throughout Germany.
